Data insights and a CRM system allow you to customize donor interactions. They also help you understand how donors engage within your network and their impact.

What’s better than content? User-generated content. 

User-generated content is original, brand-specific content created by donors and other ministry supporters. It is then published on social media and other channels.  

Before you publish user-generated content: 

  • Have a clear strategy 
  • Set goals 
  • Request permission 
  • Credit the creator 

In many ways, user-generated content is more authentic, which is why donors are more likely to trust and engage with it.
