LeadingSmart founder and Executive Pastor at Willow Creek Community Church, Tim Stevens, sat down with Horizons Stewardship Partner, Joel Mikell, to discuss growing disciples and funding ministry. This short clip is Joel telling the story of a church that had lost momentum and was experiencing declining attendance and giving, along with grief and internal discord that often accompanies these trends.

It is a story of courage on the part of the church intended to bring hope to others who may find themselves in similar situations.
